About Us
Collaborative Partners for Success, LLC, is unprecedented in the field of behavioral health management. We are a multidisciplinary agency founded by three Board Certified Behavior Analysts, who are also California licensed and credentialed special educators. With over 45 years of experience between us, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across both home and school environments. As a school psychologist, a speech and language pathologist, and an education specialist, we approach behavioral intervention from a developmental perspective, and address the six core areas of need for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, including cognition, speech and language, academics, adaptive behavior, recreation and leisure, and social skills. Using evidenced-based practices and research-based methodologies, we develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans aimed to increase your child’s abilities and independence.
Assessment
In order to fully address the needs of our clients, our multidisciplinary assessment team will conduct an initial comprehensive evaluation to identify present levels of functioning in suspected areas of need. This may include areas such as:

- Executive functioning
- Developmental functioning
- Communication and language
- Adaptive behavior
- Academic achievement
- Social skills and social cognition
Evaluations can indicate areas of clinical focus, and best inform developmentally appropriate interventions.
Services
Our mission is to decrease negative and problematic behaviors by teaching positive and appropriate replacement behaviors. Our interventions are based upon the principles of applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior. We utilize evidenced-based practices as outlined by the National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorders (2014) and the National Autism Center (2015).
